Employers are encouraged to become active with the community. The statistic that 80% of opportunities are never advertised is quite a blow to job-hunters. Many feel there are no jobs to be found. Others know there's opportunity out there but just can't find it. Though who is the luckier is up for debate, is ignorance bliss? City Job Club knows that business owners and hiring managers have a great deal already on their plates. With the tools that CJC has to offer, it can be an easy thing to participate.
