The first thing I'd like to say is: We need you, please remember us when an opportunity opens up.
One of City Job Club's primary goals is to bring the job seekers and the employers as close as possible. One of the things we ask of our members is that they remember us. If City Job Club helped them in any way get a job, keep us in mind for at least 3 months. If anything opens up where you now work, let the community know about it. We simply ask that people be pro-active.
For the employers out there, we've added the Jobs! board which is essentially a mini Monster.com. We offer free job posting to small and medium sized businesses because we know how much it costs to post everywhere else. We also know that most employers are very busy people and can forget from time to time. For that, we have a newsletter just for the employers who'd like to stay in touch. The newsletter will include employer related articles and be a general reminder that we're here, ready when you need someone. Just click on the Employer Signup on the Jobs! board and that's all there is to it.
